The Cuban delegation also includes Ana Teresita González Fraga, vice minister of Foreign Affairs; Juan Manuel Rodríguez Vázquez and Carlos Fernández de Cossío Domínguez, Cuban ambassadors to the African Union and South Africa, respectively; as well as other Foreign Ministry officials.
